What I'm looking for

I'm looking to lead learning strategy and enablement programs that solve real performance needs, translate complex topics into practical learning, and use AI thoughtfully across design, content, and learning experiences.

I've led end-to-end learning programs for Microsoft and Moody's through Apposite Learning Solutions, including Agile Project Execution, AI upskilling, and Power Platform training. I bring discovery, skill-gap analysis, blended program design, hands-on practice, and delivery together to support real-world application.

At Automation Anywhere, I led global enablement initiatives for partners and employees, revamped Sales Enablement onboarding with Articulate Rise, and worked across product marketing, product management, and e-learning vendors to improve product learning through analytics and learner feedback.

Across eight years at Akamai Technologies, I progressed from Instructional Designer to Program Manager II, reducing Tier 1 and Tier 2 onboarding ramp-up from six months to three. I enjoy translating complex technical content into engaging curricula, certifications, e-learning, ILT, and scenario-based experiences that build technical proficiency and role readiness.
