I’m a Strategic HR leader with 16+ years of experience across India and the UAE, driving enterprise-wide HR strategy, organizational transformation, governance, and workforce optimization. I focus on aligning people strategy with business goals, enhancing organizational performance, and building scalable talent ecosystems across multi-geography and remote workforces.
In my current Human Resource Manager role, I lead strategic HR initiatives tied to organizational growth and operational efficiency, including HR governance and compliance audits across QMS, GDPR, and ISMS frameworks. I build workforce analytics dashboards to improve retention and hiring efficiency, drive succession planning and leadership capability frameworks, and spearhead learning and development aligned to business growth. I also support business development for HR consulting and shared services through client engagement and solution contribution, and I’m currently pursuing the Strategic CHRO Program at IIM Ranchi (completion June 2026).
