At Takahata Precision India, I lead injection molding tool maintenance, new mold development, and vendor development activities supporting tooling and mold supply requirements.
I manage mold assembly and trials from concept through implementation, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure molds meet design and quality requirements. I also lead customer audits for new mold development, conduct PPAP audits, and prepare IATF 16949 documentation.
I interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints to guide maintenance and repair work, diagnose complex tooling issues, and execute refurbishment plans that minimize downtime.
I train junior team members, uphold safety practices in injection molding operations, and drive continuous improvement in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
