At Tata Semiconductor Assembly and Test, I industrialize suppliers across injection molding, extrusion, machining, and sheet-metal fabrication while governing APQP, PPAP, audits, and supplier CAPA closure. I delivered 100% on-time PPAP approvals for new launches and dimensional convergence during T2 mold trials with CpK ≥ 1.33.
Previously, I supported Applied Materials semiconductor equipment development through 3D modeling, tolerance stack-up analysis, CTQ definition, qualification, and supplier feasibility discussions. At HUSKY Injection Molding Systems, I designed hot runners, manifolds, and cooling circuits to support molding performance, thermal control, and reliability.
I use Lean Six Sigma, MSA, SPC, FMEA, and data-driven 8D problem-solving to reduce variation and build capable supplier processes. In one DMAIC project, I restored optical-transparency yield from 0% to over 95% and achieved Cpk ≥ 1.67.
