I’m looking for Tooling, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Design roles in Europe where I can apply my BIW tooling and CAE experience to deliver manufacturable designs, lead engineering changes, and improve production quality and efficiency.

I’m a Mechanical Engineer and CAE & Tooling Design specialist with 10+ years of experience developing automotive BIW tooling and die-face designs at Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. I translate product requirements into manufacturable solutions through feasibility studies, tolerance analysis, and design validation.

I run CAE simulations for formability, spring back, and manufacturability, apply GD&T for dimensional accuracy, and coordinate cross-functional teams from concept through production implementation. I also drive engineering change management, resolve manufacturing issues with root cause analysis and design optimization, and support supplier collaboration to improve panel quality and manufacturing efficiency.
