At Machino Plastics Ltd., I worked on automotive and non-automotive new product development, including customer specification meetings, product development follow-up, and APQP and PPAP documentation.
I prepared project development plans and coordinated with customers and vendors on trials, mould corrections, material planning, and product validation. My work also included appearance reports, gauge calibration, and customer part inspections.
At CTMIL (Motherson Group), I supported tool room quality through dimensional checks, mould trial reports, and mould correction history. At Bharat Technoplast Pvt. Ltd., I worked on in-process quality checks, process monitoring, and corrective and preventive actions.
