I’m a Lead UX Researcher with 7 years bridging technology, design, and user needs through systems thinking and rigorous mixed-method research. I’m grounded in HCI and focused on shaping product strategy—turning research into roadmap influence, not just findings.
At MakeMyTrip, I’ve anchored go-MMT’s in-house central UX research team across travel, agentic AI, fintech, and payments. I lead end-to-end research across discovery, validation, and optimisation, embedding into fast-moving product teams (including ones without formal UXR intake) through continuous feedback and targeted workshops that raise research maturity.
I build and scale research capability—developing operating models like a power-customer panel, improving research operations and pipeline planning, and enabling unmoderated usability testing across budget-constrained products.
