I’m a Senior UX Researcher with 7+ years driving end-to-end research strategy across enterprise SaaS, B2B, fintech, and consumer platforms. At IBM, I’m currently the sole global researcher independently owning a full product vertical, accountable for research roadmaps, usability benchmarking, and cross-functional alignment with engineering, product, and delivery stakeholders.

I operate with strategic and executional depth—multi-quarter planning, innovation frameworks, hands-on moderated studies, and AI-accelerated synthesis. I’ve led mixed-methods work with 50+ enterprise users, delivering “20% uplift in usability,” and built structured recruitment workflows that enabled a “30% reduction in participant onboarding effort.” I’m also a named IBM patent contributor, I mentor 2–3 junior researchers, and I publish UX articles on Medium.
