I’m a UX Researcher and Social Researcher with 14+ years of experience bringing strategic insights to design and product decisions. I’ve worked cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Marketing, Data, and Design to deliver actionable research that converges people needs, key business metrics, and strong ideas.
Across industries like Media/Entertainment, E-comm, Product Tech, Automotive, CPG, Retail, Healthcare, and Non Profit, I craft insights through formative to evaluative research—using in-depth interviews, usability testing, contextual enquiry, ethnography, focus groups, co-creation workshops, controlled experiments, surveys, and data analytics. Most recently, I deliver insights that influence product strategies and improve user experiences, working with teams and clients including Meta (WhatsApp & Facebook) and Coinbase; I also consult independently with research agencies and organizations to run user research, consumer research, and social research projects using qualitative and quantitative methods.
