I am an LMS Administrator and certified professional instructor with hands-on experience developing and deploying mission-critical training modules in Absorb LMS and LearnUpon. I combine instructional delivery of NI LabVIEW, NI DAQmx, and NI TestStand with practical software engineering skills in LabVIEW, C++, and Java.

At Cyth Systems I maintained and expanded a company-wide LMS, authored 100+ original training modules, delivered NI-certified LabVIEW courses to over 50 professionals, and engineered high-precision test automation and machine vision systems. I led a classroom buildout from concept to completion and earned NI CLAD, NI CLD, and NI CPI certifications through applied work.

I focus on clean, maintainable code, scalable training design, and continuous improvement, and I adapt instruction to varied technical backgrounds while delivering measurable improvements in training effectiveness and test-system performance.
