What I'm looking for

I seek an entry-level IT support or user-facing role where I can apply account management and troubleshooting skills, work with international teams, and grow technically while contributing to excellent user service.

I am a recent Bachelor of Arts (Japanese) graduate with hands-on IT Help Desk and front-desk student support experience, having worked on user support, account management, ticket handling, and coordination with higher technical teams at Toyota Tsusho Systems (Thailand). I bring practical experience creating and managing user accounts, troubleshooting software and email issues, and ensuring secure access control.

I have additional experience in student services from TLS Language School, where I managed attendance and schedules, supervised exams, and supported new students. I communicate in English and Japanese (JLPT N3), collaborate well across teams, and apply strong communication and emotional intelligence to deliver reliable user and student support.
