I am a detail-oriented Administrative Officer with over two years of experience supporting Faculty-level operations at a major Thai university. I specialize in human resources coordination, financial disbursement processing, and digital document administration.

I have managed end-to-end recruitment activities including drafting employment contracts and coordinating probation evaluations, and I have facilitated personnel development projects and training programs. I am proficient with SAP for HR and financial tasks.

On the financial side, I administer disbursements and reimbursements for operational expenses, meeting allowances, and academic remuneration, ensuring accuracy and compliance. I also administer Lesspaper for electronic document submissions and approvals and draft official orders and memorandums.

I coordinate events, reception protocols, and meeting logistics for the Dean’s office, and I communicate professionally in English and conversationally in Japanese. I bring strong attention to detail, customer service orientation, and problem-solving to administrative operations.
