I’m looking to start in Human Resources where I can apply HR operations skills—training, recruiting, and analytics—to support employee retention and a productive work environment, while growing professionally.

I’m starting my career in Human Resources to apply my academic knowledge, develop practical skills in HR operations, and help build a positive and productive work environment while growing professionally.

In my HR internship at Hindustan Shipyard Limited, I conducted 4+ comprehensive training programs for workers, coordinated with officials for smooth execution, and evaluated training effectiveness through questionnaires. I identified areas for improvement and implemented data-driven solutions.

Previously at Placement Park, I screened and evaluated 1000+ resumes based on job requirements, and I conducted initial telephonic interviews to assess suitability, communication skills, and cultural fit—reducing screening time by 30%.
