What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a Business Analyst role where I can bridge business needs and technology solutions.

At TCS, I supported business applications by analyzing user, system, and data issues and coordinating with technical teams on resolutions. I also documented issues and communicated fixes and system changes to stakeholders.

I tested system updates and validated data accuracy before production releases. I created and maintained technical documentation and user-support materials, and identified opportunities to improve processes and automate recurring manual work.

On my n8n cloud integration project, I built automated workflows using triggers, conditional logic, routing, and scheduled actions to move and synchronize data between connected systems. I also tested the workflows end to end and documented their configurations and results.
