What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a technical support role where I can troubleshoot cloud, server, software, and infrastructure issues, contribute to automation and root-cause analysis, and grow my skills in AWS, Azure, Linux, and enterprise support.

At ConnectWise, I've supported cloud and on-premises servers, resolving Tier 1 software issues and solving 80.2% without escalation to Tier 2. I troubleshoot P1 server-down incidents, maintain AWS environments, configure MySQL and IIS, and support Automate, Control, and Manage.

Previously at Conneqt Business Solutions, I provided remote hardware and software support, handled OS installations, backups, LAN troubleshooting, and laptop configurations. I enjoy diagnosing complex issues, creating workarounds, and helping colleagues support customers in a 24/7 environment.
