I’m a dedicated HR & Operations professional with experience across HR documentation, recruitment coordination, and day-to-day operational support. I’ve successfully managed end-to-end HR processes, including onboarding, compliance records, attendance/leave tracking, and employee documentation.
In my current HR Executive (Operation) role, I handle employee verification, personnel files, HR database maintenance, and confidential record management. I also coordinate recruitment activities—sourcing, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and onboarding—while supporting payroll inputs, grievance handling, and HR operational processes.
Before HR, I built a strong operational foundation in finance and logistics. As a Finance Executive, I handled consumer durable loan processing with KYC verification, document management, and customer relationship ownership to achieve monthly targets. As an Import Executive, I managed import operations, logistics coordination, billing/invoice verification, vendor coordination, and operational reporting.
