What I'm looking for

I am seeking a role where I can drive customer success and operational excellence, mentor teams, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve product experience and processes.

I am a process-oriented customer success professional with 5+ years' experience in communications, customer service, and strategy. I thrive in fast-paced, results-driven environments and bring strong organisation and client management skills.

At Piggyvest I guided customers through onboarding, resolved complaints with cross-functional teams, maintained CRM records, and created presentations to improve product understanding. I also onboarded and trained new hires, developing them into high-performing team members.

Previously I managed operations and budgeting at Meliora Apartments, supporting guest relations and producing daily to monthly operational reports while coordinating staff and contractors. As an editor and content strategist, I built content strategies across multiple industries and led a team of writers.
