I've led product, strategy, and commercial growth work at Sand Technologies, Amazon, Uber Eats, Accenture, and Suncor Energy across B2B and consumer technology.

At Sand Technologies, I built three teams from scratch and delivered a core data and AI platform that reduced deployment time by 40%. I led go-to-market strategy that converted 33% of pilots into signed engagements, generated $22m in pipeline within six months, and helped secure and accelerate $7m in deals.

At Amazon, I owned a $302m EU network portfolio, delivered AI/ML decisioning systems generating approximately $21m in savings, and created an electric supply GTM strategy that reduced annual transport costs by $9.8m.

I've also built Uber Eats UK's central product function, launched a real-time ML-powered advertising product, and led complex transformation, cost-reduction, and capital programmes in consulting and energy. I'm currently delivering independent product and strategy engagements through my UK Ltd company.
