What I'm looking for

I seek roles in organizational development or change management where I can design and deliver training, improve processes, and support sustainable, people-centered development within collaborative teams.

I am a B.Sc. Psychology student with practical experience in change management, coaching and event coordination, backed by a scholarship and training as a certified systemic coach. I combine academic knowledge with hands-on roles supporting process improvement and stakeholder engagement.

I have worked as a working student in Change Management at ITDZ Berlin, where I analyzed needs, helped design measures to increase process compliance and contributed to company-wide strategy projects. I also served as an organizational lead for a children's short film festival and held multiple roles in Berlin program cinemas, developing strong communication, coordination and administrative skills.

My additional qualifications include outdoor and trekking guide training, wilderness leadership, and coaching certifications. I seek roles where I can support organizational development, training design and sustainable practices while leveraging empathy, structured problem solving and multilingual abilities.
