I’m a hospitality professional with a strong leadership mindset and a habit of showing up ready to manage busy, high-pressure shifts. From my time in student government, I learned how to work with others and organize events—skills I still rely on every day.

At Sweatwater Car Wash, I was given the responsibility of quality control: overseeing employee work, addressing customers, and training new employees. That experience sharpened how I think about consistency, standards, and service quality.

In restaurants, I started as a hostess, then was promoted to lead hostess. I handled reservation control, made sure guests were seated in a timely manner, and supported day-to-day operations while training other hostesses; later, I became a lead server and managed training and onboarding for new hires.

Right now, I work as a nighttime bartender at Bowdens College Town, mainly on Friday and Saturday busy nights. I focus on serving great quality drinks quickly, maintaining friendly, professional customer service, and selling merchandise while keeping to the sales goals of the night.
