What I'm looking for

I'm interested in mission-driven organizations working to support educators and students, where I can contribute my customer service experience.

At Andrews Supermarket, I handled customer inquiries, complaints, and follow-ups, contributing to improved customer retention. I also adjusted the service approach after identifying recurring customer concerns.

I led, trained, and coached a team of five sales staff, and built sales-tracking dashboards in Excel and Google Sheets to support management reporting.

At Orda Africa, I processed applicant and client records across spreadsheets and databases, maintaining 100% accuracy. I also identified and corrected data discrepancies to improve stakeholder-facing updates.
