At Axiom Systems Africa, I provide full-time ERP support and consulting for Matus Tools, a Bidvest company with branches across South Africa. I help map current and future processes, gather requirements, resolve system issues, train users, and align system changes with business needs.
I've contributed to the Syspro ERP implementation since 2018, leading the warehouse workstream to configure processes, protect data integrity, and support Agile testing across business streams. I create process models, technical specifications, training manuals, implementation documentation, reports, and system solutions for stakeholders.
Alongside systems consulting, I've managed procurement, staff, supplier payments, customer relationships, quotations, invoicing, and accounts as CEO of BDB Contractors and Supplies. My background combines business informatics, financial understanding, project coordination, and hands-on support across finance, sales, buying, receiving, logistics, and warehouse operations.
