At SAP, I deliver end-to-end recruitment for Germany and Switzerland, partnering with hiring leaders to shape recruitment strategies and advise on talent markets, candidate availability, and compensation expectations.
I’ve delivered specialised hires for SAP’s Supply Chain Optimization and Quantum teams, navigating scarce talent pools and niche skill requirements. I also led recruitment for SAP’s Sales Academy in Switzerland, coordinating planning and delivery and reporting to senior leadership and the COO.
At Johnson & Johnson GBS, I supported HR administration and employee lifecycle processes across 16 Swiss legal entities. I advised employees on HR topics, supported case resolution, and served as a Subject Matter Expert for Exit Management and Job Changes.
I contributed to HR transformation and process improvement, including legal-entity merging activities and work to reduce operational backlogs. I’ve also supported onboarding as an SAP Buddy and completed a Career Fellowship, providing one-to-one career consulting to employees globally.
