As an Independent Consultant, my role is to identify top talent for clients within various sectors including ICT, Technology, Telecommunications, Mining, and Financial Services. I recruit for skills across sales, non-sales, product/technical/specialist roles from entry-level to C-Level Executives across Europe, Middle East, Africa, and the USA.

As Principal Talent Acquisition Partner for EMEA, I was responsible for full-cycle recruitment, including talent sourcing, selection, and acquisition processes. I built local and global talent sourcing pipelines across EMEA, APAC, USA, and the United Kingdom, working closely with business units to understand their requirements.

As Talent Acquisition Lead for EMEA, I defined talent needs and supported leaders in forecasting and planning workforce requirements. I owned and governed the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring the right fit for teams and developing pipelines for future company needs.

As Lead Talent Acquisition Specialist Partner for EMEA, I led the implementation of talent acquisition plans and strategies to identify, attract, and source suitable candidates. I managed and conducted end-to-end recruitment and selection processes, ensuring a seamless experience for all key stakeholders.

As Delivery Consultant and Key Accounts Executive Search Consultant, I managed key accounts such as Investec, Tigerbrands, and SAB Miller. I oversaw the full life-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, assessments, interviews, offers, and onboarding activities.

Completed an Honours degree in Health Sciences from the University of South Africa. This advanced program deepened knowledge in health-related fields.

Undertook a Bachelor's degree focusing on Health Sciences and Psychology at the University of South Africa. This dual major provided a comprehensive understanding of both physical and mental well-being.

Earned an Executive Diploma in Administration from Bytes Technology. This program focused on advanced administrative principles and practices relevant to executive roles.

Obtained a Certificate in Counselling from the University of South Africa (UNISA) in 2005. This certification provided foundational skills and knowledge in counselling practices.
