What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a fast-paced role where I can combine operations execution, data-driven marketing, and agile coordination. I want to support cross-platform growth, manage stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes through campaigns and events.

I’m currently pursuing an MS in Project Management at Nanyang Technological University, and I bring a hands-on, data-informed approach to operations, publicity, and cross-platform growth. I enjoy turning strategy into execution—whether it’s coordinating teams, managing resources, or optimizing campaigns.

In my Operation intern role at Sino Singapore Consulting Group, I led full-lifecycle “Singapore Yongge” operations across TikTok, Douyin, X, and Facebook. By analyzing 20+ competitor accounts and optimizing retention and interaction strategies, I supported 100k+ follower growth and 1M+ impressions within three months, while generating 500+ qualified leads from content campaigns.

I also delivered brand impact through integrated marketing support for CDL, GuocoLand, and Singapore Heart Foundation, driving over 1M impressions across digital channels. Alongside promotion, I performed public opinion monitoring for high-profile institutions, maintaining a record of zero negative public incidents.

Beyond operations, I’ve coordinated large-scale events and community growth—managing speaker communications, registrations, and audience engagement for 300+ attendees, and supporting project tracking and resource coordination between corporate clients and vendors. Through roles like Vice Director of Publicity and President in Chinese Students’ Associations, I built content ecosystems that scaled audiences and participation, reinforcing my strength in stakeholder management, agile coordination, and growth mindset.
