I’m a results-driven Product Analyst focused on merchant support and payment systems. In my recent role as a Senior Analyst – Product Operations at Cashfree Payments, I used data-driven approaches to identify and resolve product-specific challenges with cross-functional teams.

I actively monitor month-on-month performance of top merchants using SQL, create merchant and product alerts for proactive issue detection, and build dashboards to track KPIs across multiple products. I’ve delivered actionable insights to product teams to enhance merchant experience and reduced issue resolution time by analyzing transaction trends and operational metrics.

I also supported end-to-end operational improvements—running product demos, developing SOPs for merchant onboarding and support, and collaborating with banking partners to implement product improvements and new features. Earlier, as an Analyst – Operations at JIET Group of Institution, I performed business analysis, reporting, assessments, and process tracking, building visual reports to support operational decision-making.
