I’m a data-driven Product Analyst with 10 years of experience focused on product health monitoring, dashboarding, and operational execution. I translate business problems into actionable insights and scalable reporting to help teams move faster with confidence.

In my current role at KREDIT.PE, I own product health monitoring by tracking key operational and customer metrics, enabling earlier identification of risk areas and prioritization of fixes. I also lead voucher lifecycle management—tracking, validation, issue resolution—and partner across Business, Ops, and Vendors to minimize voucher failures and protect customer experience.

I’m strong in cross-functional alignment and operational problem solving. I manage vendor workflows and coordination for timely execution, reporting, and business requirements, while using Root Cause Analysis (RCA) to drive meaningful improvements.

Across previous leadership-ready reporting roles, I built Power BI and Metabase dashboards using SQL and Google Sheets, owned CSAT performance reporting, and supported process improvement and reporting automation (RPA) to reduce manual effort. I bring Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt discipline to Critical Thinking, Decision Making, and effective stakeholder communication.
