I'm currently managing end-to-end payment operations at Airtel Payments Bank, covering payment processing, gateway transactions, settlement validation, reconciliation, exceptions, and transaction investigations.

I manage 15+ reconciliation streams and lead a team of three across reconciliation, chargebacks, refunds, investigations, and operational support. I use SQL and the FSS Reconciliation System to validate transactions, resolve discrepancies, and strengthen settlement controls with Product, Technology, Finance, and payment partners.

Previously at Wintree Tech and Paymentz.com, I handled payment gateway reconciliation, merchant settlements, chargebacks, refunds, merchant mappings, MIS reporting, and reconciliation breaks. I improved reconciliation processes at Paymentz.com, contributing to a 15% reduction in processing errors.

My work combines payment operations controls with reporting, automation, and practical process improvement using SQL, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and reconciliation systems.
