I help healthcare Directors and VPs get clear on the move that actually fits. I’m looking to work with leaders who want an honest diagnosis, a written plan, and a precise outside perspective—not generic advice.

I’m a career coach for healthcare leaders—Directors and VPs who are capable, performing well, and quietly wondering why the trajectory flattened. Before coaching, I spent nearly two decades inside a high-growth healthcare staffing organization, where I led teams, ran operations, and eventually led senior talent development.

Across roles in performance, people, and operations, I became fluent in high-expectation environments where the margin for error is low. I’ve seen how decisions can feel obvious from the inside—yet the real constraint stays invisible.

The leaders I work with typically don’t need “fixing.” They’re often stalled without knowing why, or pushing hard without breaking through, and the reason isn’t clear from within their day-to-day.

My approach is simple and precise: a precise outside perspective, an honest diagnosis of what’s actually in the way, and a written plan we build together. Through my Clarity Conversation (45 minutes), healthcare Directors and VPs get clear on what stands between them and their next move.
