I’m a Director of talent, learning and culture with 20+ years transforming workforce capabilities across federal agencies and the private sector. I build and deliver learning systems in complex, high-stakes environments, translating dense policy and regulation into clear, actionable standards while partnering closely with stakeholders at every level.

In recent roles, I’ve overseen competency-based staff capacity building, managed budgets up to $2.6M with full contracting and procurement oversight, and led large-scale curriculum and modernization efforts under compressed timelines. I’m also deepening practice as a presence-based leadership coach through International Coaching Federation-accredited training, bringing that coaching mindset to organizational change, talent development, and resilient execution through ambiguity and transition.
