I’m a people-focused Talent Associate with 2+ years of experience in HR, talent operations, and employee engagement. At Duplo LTD (Fintech), I own end-to-end recruitment for intern and junior roles—covering job posting, resume screening, interview scheduling, offer, and onboarding—while managing the full onboarding lifecycle (documentation, orientation, system setup, and team integration).

I also lead initiatives that improve how people experience the workplace: I own candidate communications across hiring stages and helped contribute to a 12% increase in candidate satisfaction scores. I drive employee engagement programs (team events, bonding activities, and L&D support), achieving a 9% improvement in engagement scores, and I led the creation and launch of the company’s first internal newsletter to strengthen transparency through HR updates, employee announcements, and Slack engagement. Previously, as an HR/People Admin Intern across Spleet Africa and HR support roles, I supported onboarding, maintained HRIS data integrity, and assisted with benefits, employee queries, and performance appraisal tracking—building the strong coordination and attention to detail I bring to every people process.
