At Resourcly, I built the 2.0 industrial data intelligence platform from scratch, helping onboard three of Europe’s largest industrial manufacturers. The platform processes 10M+ documents and millions of part records under a 99.9% uptime SLA.

I design and ship AI systems end to end: annotation, classification, GPU extraction, similarity search, model evaluation, and self-hosted vision-language and embedding models. My work improved extraction accuracy from 30% to 80% and reduced manufacturer onboarding from 6–8 months to 1–3 months.

Previously at Enter, I scaled engineering from zero to 30+ engineers while staying hands-on in Go, gRPC, Kubernetes, Terraform, AWS, and SRE work. I reduced infrastructure costs by more than €300K annually, enabled 50+ daily deployments, and helped achieve 99.9% uptime.

I’ve also delivered a licensed digital banking platform in six months, built teams and platforms across FinTech, PropTech, mobility, and e-commerce, and led security and compliance work including ISO 27001:2022, SOC 2 Type II, GDPR, PSD2, and EU AI Act readiness.
