What I'm looking for

I’m available for on-site work in Switzerland and customer travel, with a three-month notice to month-end. I’m open to agency payroll or the client’s preferred contracting structure, targeting CHF 800+/day all-in.

At audibene / hear.com, I own production AI agents end to end, from customer and operational discovery through integrations and safety gates to measured outcomes. Our voice journeys reached 50,000+ and 80,000+ unique people and produced 500+ reported appointments.

I built a qualification chatbot that evaluated 300,000+ unique leads, with consent, recent-contact suppression, and human handover enforced in code. I also built experimentation systems where agents launch and measure challengers; one CRM iteration improved qualified-lead conversion by ~15% relative.

I created a production engineering agent that handles 10–20 MarTech tickets a week and opens tested pull requests, while engineers retain merge authority. I’ve also led customer-context and rules platforms, and built services processing millions of customer and conversion events.

Alongside my work at hear.com, I built data platforms, AI search editor plugins, and accounting integrations at Digitalis, You.com, and Denario. My projects include LLMx Prompt Studio and the n8n Workflow DiffTool; I also authored a Quarkus video course taken by 5,000+ students.
