I design Salesforce automation with Flows, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules to reduce manual tasks and minimize errors. I also manage users, roles, profiles, and permission sets to support secure data access.
I create reports and dashboards, validation rules, and formulas to support business insights and data accuracy. I use Data Loader and Import Wizard for bulk data work, and SOQL for querying data.
I configured Salesforce for Outlook and integrated Salesforce with tools including RingCentral, Zendesk, Twilio, DocuSign, and QuickBooks. I also configure HubSpot CRM, workflows, reports, landing pages, email templates, and forms.
Previously, at Workflow Hub, I worked on Salesforce administration and marketing automation, including Marketing Cloud journeys, data extensions, and Cloud Pages using AMPscript and JavaScript. I also developed applications on Pitcher using JavaScript.
