I integrated Salesforce with HubSpot, Slack, Communicat-O, CongaComposer, implemented SSO with Okta, built MuleSoft APIs for external systems, and replaced Zapier/Airslate with native Salesforce lead-capture automation to cut third-party costs and improve reliability—while supporting Tier 3 debugging and training internal teams.
