At Seven Degrees, LLC, I customize and maintain Zoho CRM for evolving business requirements and sales processes. I also develop internal applications in Zoho Creator and connect Zoho applications, including Zoho Books and Zoho CRM, to support consistent data and processes.
I use Deluge scripting, custom functions, and workflow automation to extend CRM functionality. I work with stakeholders to implement practical improvements and provide guidance and training to support adoption.
Previously, at CodeBridge and NexaWave Technologies, I configured and customized Salesforce, supported automation and reporting, and assisted with data migration and integrations. I also practice Salesforce development through personal projects and Trailhead, using Apex, Lightning Web Components, and SOQL/SOSL.
