I’m a Customer Support Representative (December 2024 - Present), handling customer inquiries through phone, email, and live chat with clear, empathetic communication. I troubleshoot service-related and online system issues in a timely, professional manner.

Beyond support, I contribute as a Project Assistant / Copywriter (Voluntary role) starting September 2024. I research educational opportunities for Ukrainians in Scandinavian countries and coordinate communication between partner organizations and stakeholders.

I also prepare reports on English-language study opportunities in Denmark, Finland, and Sweden, and translate articles and materials from English to Ukrainian for educational seminars and projects. This experience strengthened my ability to communicate complex information clearly across audiences.

Previously, as a Career Consultant (Volunteer) from July 2023 to March 2024 at National University of “Kyiv-Mohyla Academy,” I supported students in job searching by reviewing vacancies, comparing suitable opportunities, improving CV formatting and structure, and advising on interview preparation and test assignments.
