I'm creating written and visual storytelling content and preparing my first poetry collection for publication in 2026.

In Portugal, I supported customers through chat and email with a calm, clear approach. My background in customer service also includes preschool education and elderly care, where I built trust through patient, respectful communication.

I've planned activities for children aged 1–6 in close collaboration with colleagues and parents, bringing a people-focused perspective to every role.

With training in social and treatment pedagogy and digital marketing, I combine creative writing, communication, and attention to detail to create meaningful content and support people well.
