Ugnius Motie

I am a customer-focused professional based in Vilnius, Lithuania, with a diverse background spanning banking, education, and hospitality.

At Swedbank, I worked as a Consultant and was promoted to Senior Consultant within one year, based on consistent performance and strong client feedback. My daily responsibilities included consulting clients on banking products, administering accounts, cards, payments, and savings solutions — both in person and over the phone.

Before banking, I spent five years at Robotics Academy, where I grew from a Robotics Teacher to Regional Head of Teachers. I mentored colleagues, led 10+ summer camps across Lithuania and one in England, and independently created coding content and robot assembly instructions used in lessons and camps.

I also have experience in five-star hospitality, having worked as a Porter at Esperanza Resort in Trakai, where I delivered exceptional guest experiences under high-expectation conditions.

Beyond work, I am genuinely passionate about technology — particularly virtual reality, IT problem-solving, and gaming. I also train MMA regularly and enjoy nature walks, which keep me focused and disciplined.

I hold a Bachelor of Arts in Dance from the Lithuanian Academy of Music and Theatre (LMTA), along with a Supplementary Pedagogy qualification. I completed a voluntary 9-month military service with the Lithuanian Armed Forces, which strengthened my discipline, resilience, and ability to perform under pressure.

I am now seeking fully remote roles in customer support, client success, or consulting, where I can bring my communication skills, adaptability, and results-driven mindset to an international team.
