I’m looking for a people-first role where I can combine psychological support with structured, data-informed recruitment. I want to collaborate cross-functionally, refine hiring needs with leadership, and deliver an exceptional candidate experience using ATS/CRM systems.

I’m a Psychologist based in Mexico City, providing psychological support to 100+ students through personalized interventions and structured follow-ups. I design and deliver prevention programs and workshops on bullying, anxiety, and addiction for students, parents, and educators.

In Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, I manage recruitment end-to-end with a people-centered approach. At HAYS, I’ve supported sourcing for multiple positions across industries and seniority levels, conducted screenings (experience, English level, technical skills, and salary expectations), and coordinated interviews between candidates, clients, and hiring managers.
