I’m a training and content professional with 2+ years at Amazon, where I built onboarding modules and assessments by converting scattered SOPs and “tribal knowledge” into structured learning a new hire can follow on day one. As an Amazon-certified trainer and internal SME, I mentor and coach teams while upholding operational standards through quality metrics and clear process documentation. I also earned the Eureka Award for my training work.

In my role, I authored and maintained detailed SOPs, CAPAs, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) documentation adopted across cross-site teams to ensure compliance with policies. I owned weekly and quarterly business reviews, using MS Excel and Amazon QuickSight to analyze SLA attainment, ticket utilization, and process gaps—then partnered with teams to simplify repetitive steps and support automation work, improving turnaround time by ~15%. I also helped roll out Anduril for work allocation and email orchestration, creating a single source of truth through streamlined case tracking in it and Asana. Today, I continue as a freelance educator and content developer, researching and producing structured learning resources and written assessments for UPSC aspirants and high-school students.
