I am a Senior Consultant and electronics engineer with strong expertise in deploying and administering infrastructure monitoring platforms, primarily ScienceLogic, SCOM and SolarWinds. I have led decommissioning of legacy tools and integrated automation for richer event enrichment.
I create visual dashboards, business service maps and topology views for networks, servers and applications, and I develop and install powerpacks while troubleshooting collection, collector performance and alerting issues. I coordinate with vendors and cross-functional teams to resolve critical production incidents within SLA.
I have hands-on experience with patching, SSL certificate renewals, vulnerability patching on Linux, ServiceNow ticket/change management and backend debugging via SSH and log analysis.
