At Policybazaar, I lead HR Business Partnering and Learning & Development for approximately 1,000 employees, managing a five-member team and partnering with 50+ leaders. I've led succession planning for 50 critical roles, launched employee-listening programmes, and designed an Emotional Intelligence intervention reaching approximately 25,000 employees.
Previously, I built Baazi Games' HR function from the ground up as it scaled from approximately 20 to 450 employees. Across 9+ years in HR and earlier commercial and product leadership roles, I've driven performance, engagement, retention, POSH governance, workforce planning, and organisation-wide learning.
