Slavica Robic

I'm Assistant Managing Director at REGEA, Croatia's largest regional energy and climate agency, where I lead international projects, multidisciplinary teams and institutional partnerships.

Over nearly two decades, I've advised governments, line ministries and international partners including the European Commission, UNDP, GIZ/GTZ, the Energy Community Secretariat and NIRAS. My work spans energy efficiency, renewable energy, building renovation, energy poverty, just transition, policy design, technical assistance and programme implementation across the EU, Eastern Europe, Central Asia and the Western Balkans.

Previously, I led DOOR from project management through programme leadership to Executive Director, with responsibility for strategy, finances, operations and a growing professional team. I built Croatia's energy poverty research and advocacy agenda and helped translate local work with communities and households into national and EU policy recommendations.

With a PhD in Electrical Engineering, an MSc from Oxford and a power-systems background, I combine policy leadership with practical delivery. I'm open to remote consulting, advisory and other suitable international opportunities.
