I'm consulting with the Jiu Valley region of Romania to develop sustainable outdoor tourism around mountain biking, climbing, hiking, whitewater kayaking, and trail running. My work reviews trail infrastructure, signage, climbing areas, and the potential for bike park and whitewater facilities to support the region's transition to green active recreation.
I've led bike tours across Croatia, Montenegro, and Bosnia for Intrepid Travel and Boat Bike Tours, bringing practical mountain bike and touring-bike experience to visitors in the Balkans.
Earlier, I worked with UNDP in Montenegro, Bosnia, Croatia, and UNDP Croatia on nature-based tourism, guide standards, legal frameworks, and sector-wide partnerships. I've also held leadership, project management, international sales, and B2B consulting roles across the outdoor recreation industry.
