At Microsoft, I advised enterprise organizations on AI, cloud, cybersecurity and GRC strategy, and delivered 70+ Microsoft Solution Assessments across Azure, Cybersecurity, Data & AI and Copilot.
I built and deployed an enterprise-wide GRC framework across five global regions, mapping security and regulatory requirements to practical controls. I also developed 40+ governance policies and standards and an audit-ready control library.
My work has included designing AI governance and security frameworks for Generative AI and Microsoft Copilot, and assessing risks across 100+ suppliers. I achieved full external audit compliance in 2023 and 2024, while compliance incidents fell by 95% and incident resolution time by 98%.
Earlier, at EY Croatia, I managed Power Platform programmes and delivered IT transformation work for enterprise and public-sector clients. I also worked across business systems, SAP implementations, software development and data analysis, building a technical foundation that helps me connect governance requirements with technology delivery.
