I've coordinated the full training cycle for Impact’s Capacity Development Unit, from planning and scheduling to curriculum development, logistics, reporting, and performance monitoring.

I designed and delivered capacity-building programs for more than 40 CSOs and CBOs, helping improve governance, advocacy, and operational systems. I also developed assessment tools and worked with international experts to refine training methodologies and strengthen local organizations’ sustainability.

At UOSSM, I managed communications and grant development for five medical and relief centers in Turkey. I prepared donor materials, reports, presentations, proposals, and budgets while supporting needs assessments, fundraising, advocacy, monitoring, and grant compliance.

Earlier at Mercy Corps, I led information and protection activities for Turkish host communities and Syrian refugees, built NGO partnerships, organized information fairs, and represented the organization in protection and legal aid working groups.
