I’m a motivated, detail-oriented Junior Project Manager with a background in Electronics Engineering and hands-on experience coordinating teams and managing operational workflows. I’m proven at leading cross-functional teams, prioritizing workloads, and delivering results within defined timelines.

As a Logistics Team Lead at IMSI Staffing Pvt Ltd, I led and motivated a logistics team by allocating tasks, setting priorities, and monitoring daily performance against targets and deadlines. I coordinated end-to-end logistics workflows, resolved operational issues, maintained transparent status reporting against KPIs, and managed risk through proactive contingency planning.

As a Volunteer Project Coordinator for ASBL Education Globale et Développement, I planned, coordinated, and monitored community-facing projects from initiation through completion.
