What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can combine compassionate client guidance with strong sales and leadership. I want a team that values accurate records, proactive outreach, and de-escalation-ready service.

I’m a Family Service Counselor who guides grieving families through at-need arrangements with compassion, clarity, and complete follow-through. I manage structured daily schedules to prevent double-booking and keep documentation accurate and compliant.

Previously, I served as a Store Sales Manager at AT&T Alliance Mobile, where I listened to customers’ needs to create high-value plans, identified sales opportunities, and maximized results. I opened and closed the store, maintained inventory counts, handled cash drawer procedures, and deescalated unhappy customers so they left content.

Earlier, I was a Head Teller and Branch Trainer at Liberty Financial, completing “highly accurate, high-volume money counts” using both manual and machine-driven approaches. I executed deposits, withdrawals, and money orders, monitored security and customer behaviors to prevent theft, and supported colleagues with job-improvement skills through alternative training methods.
