What I'm looking for

I'm looking to coordinate healthcare technology delivery where I can improve EHR/EMR workflows, support clinical users, manage compliant data migrations, and collaborate closely with engineering, QA, operations, and provider teams.

I coordinate EHR/EMR workflows, provider onboarding, clinical documentation, and go-live delivery for physician teams and clinics at MYNX Softwares.

I've managed patient-record migrations with a five-member team across mapping, validation, reconciliation, and issue resolution, achieving zero data loss and 100% HIPAA compliance. I also support clinical users with training on software workflows and documentation processes.

I translate clinic and provider issues into actionable work for development, QA, operations, and clinical teams. Using Jira, Jam, Excel, and Google Sheets, I track milestones, bugs, blockers, sprint activity, and delivery risks across concurrent initiatives.

Previously, I led a 10-member development team at Softintra Technologies, delivering web applications across banking, MLM, OTT, and billing. My hands-on background in React, TypeScript, PHP, Laravel, MySQL, and REST APIs helps me collaborate directly with engineering teams and triage issues quickly.
